Okta workflows - Zendesk card enabling issue

We’re experiencing an issue with enabling Zendesk event in Okta Workflow. The error:
Failed to activate webhook

The connection with Zendesk has been set successfully.

Please advise.

A 403 Forbidden, as well as the 424 Failed Dependency indicate that the account trying to setup the event doesn’t have proper permissions. Can you make sure the account you’re using is an “Agent” in Zendesk? I’m not familiar with Zendesk but it seems like a permissions issue.
