Can a self-hosted (on-prem) product be listed in the OIN with Cross App Access?
Our product is installed once per customer, on the customer’s own infrastructure. Each install has its own URL and its own client ID and secret from the customer’s Okta org. Okta’s OIN requirements ask for multi-tenancy, which Okta defines as “Each app instance has a unique credential system for each of your customers”. Two questions:
- Is a self-hosted, single-instance-per-customer product eligible for the OIN, with the install URL as an integration variable?
- If not, is a custom OIDC app linked to an AI agent in the customer’s org the supported path for Cross App Access?
