Registration Email Not Received for Okta Integrator Free Plan

I previously used the Okta Developer Edition with the same email address.

Recently, I signed up for the Okta Integrator Free Plan, but the welcome email was not successfully delivered to my Outlook environment. Because of this, I am unable to complete the initial setup.

When I try to sign up again using the same email address, I receive a message indicating that this email address is already associated with an existing plan.

I found a similar question where it was recommended to sign up again using a “+” alias of the same email address (for example, admin+oin@company.com). However, in my email environment, alias addresses using the “+” notation are not supported, so this workaround is not available to me.

Given that I previously used the Developer Edition and cannot use email aliases, could you please advise on how I can proceed to regain access to my account or complete the setup?
