Routing rule for Admin Dashboard

Is that possible to create routing rule for Admin dashboard?
I cannot select neither Okta Console, nor Okta Dashboard applications in Edit Rule → Any of following applications.

Hello,

The dashboard and Admin Console apps will not show up as available options.
You could create a bookmark application(s) that point to them and then use the bookmark application in the routing rule.

Thank you for your reply.

If I link a routing rule with a bookmark app then the rule works if I access to bookmark app’s url.
But I want the following:
https://org-admin.okta.com/ → routing rule → saml idp → azure ad → https://org-admin.okta.com/

There is no way to do this that I am aware of.

You might open a support case to see if there is any backend configuration that could be made to enable this.
