Scim group update name

Hi,
When i using okta scim and i pushed my group to scim server ( the group is active after the scim server created the group).
i am changing in okta the name of the group , but i dont get update operation to update the group name
why ?
i can see that in push group tab (the group become inactive after i change the name)

There is a feature missing on your Okta org, called Group Push Enhancements. Can you please reach out to support@okta.com in order to have it enabled?
