SCIM profile updates don't update Okta user profile

Hi, I have a SCIM application as show in the following image:

To import new groups/users and their updates from the App to Okta:

After execute: “Import”, new groups and users are created OK but no updates are applied. I notice that mappings are configured by default to be applied on “Create” only while “Create and update” option is disabled, please check the following image:

Also in the Directory → Profile Editor → ProvisionApp profile there is no option to apply the mapping on updates as is being shown in the following picture:

What I’m missing? I need Okta profiles being updates once SCIM data is re-imported.

Bumping this old post to see if any ideas on how to re-import users and have their profile info updated.

Do you have “Update User Attributes” enabled on the Provisioning tab for the app with SCIM?

Thank you, Andrea. I only see that in the “To App” settings and it is enabled. And updates do go through fine from Okta => App. But I don’t see anything like that on the “To Okta” side of things.
