Submission of Okta app to OIN

Hi,

I want to submit an Okta app to the OIN, which is just enabling AWS Cognito to use Okta as Federated Identity (via SAML). Internally the integration works fine, but now during the submission process I need to fill out a form.
Is there any guide for this setup on how to answer those questions?
