I have gone through the attached screen up and down and have Saved my entries.
How do I test it to see what it looks like?

Are you trying to test the OIDC login flow?
I am not sure of the technical term.
I have given it an Icon and input into all the fields. I now would like to see what it looks like when someone attempts to log in.

You could test this by using one of our samples applications. I recommend this one as it’s very easy to set up and run, and the instructions are easy to follow.
