i am unable to login to developer.okta.com and unable to reset the password anything that i need to reach out to okta team to unblock my team ?

If this is the admin account you will need to open a case with support in order to go through the reset process.

@erik what is the process to open the ticket with support ?? , fyi i am not able to login to https://support.okta.com/ to raise the issue.
