Is there a way that we could find out the date when a user makes a username change?
Example, I would like to know date and time a user made a username change from a generic username to phone number / email address
Hi @norkhairi, currently I don’t see this as an event we track in our system logs reporting System Log | Okta Developer so you wouldn’t be able to utilize our Event Hooks feature - Event hooks | Okta Developer. You may want to share this need with our Product Team in our Ideas Portal.

Just for context, we have a user flow where we have a campaign to encourage users to migrate from generic usernames to email/phone numbers and we are looking at tracking these events to see how well our campaign is working.
