After creating my dev account(signing up through google) I get a 403 forbidden error and can’t progress anywhere.
There was an issue with dev account creation that resulted in the 403 error you were getting. The issue has now been resolved, but you will need to create a new dev account using a different email. And you will have no issues accessing the new one.
Hi Vlad, I have an existing account admin I need to get access to that has our apps set up. There’s only one admin under my email address, and I have no way to add another to get the MFA associated. What can I do?
Hi Vlad, I can not use any other emails as I get an error that a business email is required. The business email I have is the one that gives me a 403. Please can I get support in unblocking this email.

I have checked to see if we have any tools for resetting accounts, but unfortunately you will need to open a ticked with Okta support in order to request deleting the the account.
Perhaps, as a workaround, can you create a new account with your work email using a suffix? for example, username+suffix@company.domain . The suffix could be something like +admin1.
How do I open a ticket? would prefer to only have one buisness email
