BYOT - telephony inline hook

Hi,

As part of BYOT we have configured inline hooks through a third party telephony service and it works fine. Now the problem is, We’re getting two messages with same verification code ie: One from okta and other one from the new telephony hook. How to deactivate the current SMS service from OKTA. Please advise.
