I can’t see the ‘Security’ tab as defined in this doc:

I created the okta organization, so I should be the Super Admin, no?
Ensure you are using the classic UI. You should be super admin as long as you are signed into the account that created the tenant. Assuming you are logged in to the admin portal try going to [admin-url]/admin/access/admins. That should take you straight to the admin page.
