Disabling Security Question

Hi, we followed and emailed support to disable security question, as advised here Disable the Security Question and Answers for a user.

  • Using login widget, it seems in forgot password, users are still asked for answer on security question
  • Cannot activate account, encountering error “No Security Question Found”
  • Reset button is missing on Forgot password on Created accounts with no security question

@jacemaniquis along with the feature flag do you also have the following enabled Disable the security image and security questions | Okta?

No, it doesn’t have, we did disabled it via requesting okta support email.
