Reset Password using Security Questions

Hi All,

When a user forgot his/her password, is there a way to get the password reset using security questions instead of sending to email. As, the user cannot access email because they forgot password.


I believe you can reset your password using a SMS message or a voice call if you have a phone number against your profile.

In your Okta developer console: Security > Authentication > Account Recovery - Self Service Options

Can we not use security questions instead to reset password? Because we are setting up these questions. I did not see these security Q&A being used for anything.
