How to create a new support case if we can't access to our developper account?

Hi everyone ! :slight_smile:

I’m trying to contact Okta support team using the email support@okta.com, but I received an auto response that I can’t create a new case from there. I need to connect to my account to create a new one.

Unfortunately my issue is that I can’t login to my developper account. After signin, the interface shows me a big 404 error.

Does developers have access to a dedicated support contact in case they can’t connect to their account ?
