Initiate deletion of my dev account

I want to Initiate deletion of my dev accounts, because of MFA issues on both of them.

So, because of MFA issues on both of them i cannot login to them. So, I need to create new dev accounts. For that i must use new emails. And i dont what to do that.

I have access to both emails. Is it possible to initiate their deletion?
