Is it possible to control screen level and field level access(RBAC) to salesforce application from Okta?

We would like to understand if we can use Okta to implement IAM for Salesforce including the implementation of RBAC.
Does Okta support this functionality?

The Okta Integration Network (OIN) does have a Salesforce connector that can be used for SWA, SAML, SCIM for SSO/Provisioning, Salesforce.com | Okta

There is also OIDC integrations for Salesforce where Okta can be used as the IdP, but you will need to contact Salesforce for that specific integration document.
