Not allowd to access the application even though access has been provided

I am building a custom application web application.I have assigned the user to the application.
As of now I just want to verify the user identify .I am able to successfully redirect the user to the okta authentication page but when i try to perform the login by entering the credentials to it is giving You are not allowed to access this app. To request access, contact an admin.

But I Have assigned the application.
Please Help me to solve the issue
