Okta Angular Signup not working

Hi Team,

I have implemented Okta in Angular Application using okta-widget. but i am unable to login and when i click signup button i am getting error
https://dev-98595095.okta.com/api/v1/registration/form 501

can you please help on this issue

Your OKta Org is one of the new OIE Orgs.
OIE Orgs have replaced this with profile enrollment, see here.
