I am trying to sign up to the Okta Integrator Free Plan. I put in the correct information and I get this error repeatedly: Something unexpected happened while processing your registration. Please try again.
Please help.
The error you’re seeing mentioned retrying. Were you able to successfully register after trying a second time, or are you still seeing the same error?
I’ve retried multiple times, on different browsers, with/without VPN but I still get the same error.
Is there something on my company’s side that could affect this? Something I need to talk about with an admin here?
I’m currently able to reproduce the repeated “something unexpected” error by attempting to sign up using an email that’s already associated with an integrator account. To test whether this is your situation, please:

search your email, including spam, for a message with the title " Activate your Okta Integrator free plan"

Try sign-up using plus addressing –
your.name@company.tldcan usually receive mail addressed toyour.name+anything@company.tld. These addresses are treated as different by the sign-up logic.

I figured it out. I was using an email alias, when I used the root email it worked. Thanks for helping here!
