I’ve successfully set up SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) using Okta Classic Engine. When a user logs in with their username and password, they’re prompted for SMS verification. However, I’m looking to enhance the user experience by pre-populating the phone number for them. Upon calling http://dev....okta.com/api/v1/authn, the response includes a user.profile object, but it lacks the phone number, and factors.setup status is NOT_SETUP. I’m using the Okta Sign-In Widget within my application. How can I pre-populate the phone number for SMS verification to streamline the process for users?
