I’m the administrator for our Okta organization, but I’m unable to access the Okta Support portal. When I try to log in, I receive the following error:
“Your account has not been configured for the link/application you are trying to access. Please contact Okta Support and request that your account be configured for the link.”*
If you do not have a paid account with Okta, you will not be able to access the Okta Help Center to create a support case. That type of support is only available for our customers.
You can however post in our community forums (this developer community and the main, more admin-focused community here) to get assistance from the Okta team members here as well as other community members.
