SCIM 2.0 and the Okta OPP Agent

Does the Okta SCIM SDK allow you to implement a SCIM connector that supports SCIM 2.0?

Based on my investigations, the answer is “no” when it comes to OPP-based integration approaches or those using the Okta SCIM SDK (implements only SCIM 1.1). As such, there is custom implementation effort to produce a SCIM 2.0 compliant facade/gateway application.
