SCIM connector - fault tolerance / resiliency

Hi, I’m wondering what happens in the case where the on-premise provisioning agent tries to call a SCIM-enabled application or connector, and that call fails.

Same question could apply to the provisioning agent itself.

Is there a retry process? Is there a persistent queue of users that need to be created/updated?
