Trouble with logging into my Okta account

Hi there,

I need some help regaining access to my developer/admin account. When I started playing with Okta technologies, I authenticated using my GitHub account. Now when I try to do the same when logging into my admin account, it gives me a 403 access forbidden message.

Can someone help me figure this out?

Are you attempting login at https://developer.okta.com/signup/ with your GitHub account?

I already signed up previously using GitHub; I was attempting to login using https://developer.okta.com/login/.

I tried it again now, and it looks like it is working, so that is a relief! Did you do something? If so, thank you, and a follow up question — I am wondering if there is a step I should take to avoid it occurring again?

I didn’t do anything but I will check internally to see what could have caused this.
