Hi, I’ve an admin profile on Okta used to configure SAML profile.
This profile was created by github account.
From yesterday I can’t login more.
Selecting the profile memorized by browser I’m redirected to 403 page.
What has happening?
Help guys, nobody can help me?
Not sure if it is due to this.
One of my account having the same issue. It might be due to our settings did not enable MFA?
As a workaround, can you create a new account with your work email using a suffix, for example, username+suffix@company.domain? The suffix could be something like +admin1 for example.
If this works for you, we recommend:
- Creating a couple of Super Admin users in your org.
- Make sure all admins are registered for MFA.
