Unable to activate Okta Integrator Free Plan — "Feature Not Available"

Hi Okta Team,

I am trying to set up an Okta Integrator Free Plan organization for a development/POC project.

I received the Okta activation email, but when I click “Activate account”, I consistently get:

“Feature Not Available
This function is not available at this time.”

I also tried the password reset flow, but it returns:

“You do not have permission to perform the requested action.”

The original organization is:

I also tried creating an Integrator Free Plan organization with a different email address, but I receive the same activation error.

Could you please help me understand why the Integrator Free Plan activation is failing and how I can activate the organization?

This is for a development/POC project where we need OIDC authentication for a React frontend and Python backend.

Could you try this again and let me know if it’s working now?

Still not able to login the page. If i try to reset the password through forget password i am getting this message ‘You do not have permission to perform the requested action’.

Could you try signing up again through a different email address?
