My Okta developer account was deleted earlier this year when the old system was being phased out. I have used this for many test over the years and it has been connected to my developer AD environment. I just discovered this and never received any communication about the phase-out. I have created a new integrated dev account and trying to set that up now for testing and also studying for the Okta Consultant certification which I will be taking in January.
The problem I am having is that I had almost 500 accounts synced with my old tenant and many of the accounts were setup in my Okta verify app. I am now unable to delete those accounts from Okta verify which is a big problem for me. Is there any way to get these accounts removed from Okta verify?
When I try to delete them from Okta verify, I get a message that my organization needs to verify the identity and then nothing happens when I click Next. It is becoming impossible to manage my Okta verify since I have so many accounts that are no longer active and I alway have to scroll through searching for relevant accounts. Any help will be much appreciated.
