Universal Directory Pricing for User if User is not active

Hi

I would like understand OKTA Pricing for User and already gone through Pricing, lets say i have user who i have added in Okta org and if he is not deactivated but is not using SSO/Local authentication credentials for login and basically is not active for 2 months will there be charge for this user. When do we get charge when we add user in Universal directory or when user uses authentication once in while. Also is their any better resources to understand pricing if so please send would be really helpful

This is something I would recommend discussing with your Okta Account Manager.

Currently we are only using trial version of Okta’s Workforce Identity Cloud and there is usecase where we need to consider this scenario when we have licence version so can anybody from Okta’s side help explain the things, I have already tried contact us option.
