Hello Okta Support,
I am seeking urgent assistance to regain access to my Okta Developer tenant. My account contains extensive configurations and tests that are critical to my ongoing work, and I am unable to afford losing access to it. (https://dev-82409540.okta.com)
I have already attempted the following steps without success:
Using the “Need Help Signing In?” option and following the forgot password flow. On top of that, I have tried using +suffix but unable to receive email.
Reviewing available self-service options, but none have resolved the issue.
Contacting Okta support via email, but I have not received a response or resolution so far.
Given the importance of this tenant, I kindly request further guidance or direct assistance from the Okta support team to help reset access.Any escalation to the appropriate team or actionable advice from the community would be greatly appreciated.
