User Activation Link Clicked -> No Security Question Found error message

We are verifying users with activation link and it worked without problem.

But suddenly when user clicked activation link, shows no security question found screen.
It seems activation link redirects to password recovery.

but clicked URL is apparently user activation link

Anyone knows what is the problem?


Have you made any changes in the activation email template ?

Would you be able to capture the network requests (from browser tools) and create a support case with Okta Support ?

Yes I changed the template but the link not changed. I also tested with default activation email, too.
