Why cannot I create a SAML 2.0 web application

The option to choose SAML 2.0 is not available for me. Any idea why?

Hi Omar,
try to create a new account by click on “Sign Up Today” button in the following link https://www.okta.com/free-trial/

this will give you more privileges
