Even though the user is assigned to the application, they cannot login.
The logs say that access was successful, and the Access Testing Tool also says access is allowed.

can you reset password and try again ?
or else make the email in full lower case and reset password. it worked for me.
The email is in lowercase, and sadly a password reset did not help
