Custom Domain - Cant set CNAME on a domain due to existing GLUE record

Hello.

Im trying to add a custom domain to my okta account. I can get through all the steps except for the final one.

It asks for me to change the CNAME to a certain link. However I get an error “This record will conflict with the glue record for the zone” on my PLESK control panel when applying the settings.

How should I approach this problem?
