Okta SendGrid DNS configuration conflicts with our existing SendGrid account

Hi,

We currently use have our own SendGrid account for sending emails from our product - which is configured in our DNS provider (Cloudflare). We want to configure our Okta account to send emails from our domain, but Okta asks us to registered the same SendGrid CNAME DNS entries that we have already configured for our own account.

Are there any ways we can resolve this?
