Question about per user pricing, if a user is in a SUSPENDED, STAGED, or PROVISIONED state do we pay for the account? Or only ACTIVE users? I was recently asked to ensure we are managing user states optimally for our pricing model.
I think the seat based cost model is based on the # of account been created on the user store, regardless of its lifecycle state.
