"Sign in Denied" error when accessing my Developer Account

Hello. I was referred here by the Developer Support team.

It seems the folks at Okta disabled Admin access for all of the user accounts in my Developer tenant. My standard Users can still log in, but can only see the normal user portal, and no longer have option to switch to the Admin console.

The main account owner/admin cannot access the account at all, and just gets an “error” stating:

“Sign in Denied. You do not have permission to access your account at this time…”

My credentials and password were verified to be correct (I would not get that message if they were not).

The Developer Support team directed me here to have this issue resolved.

Unfortunately, this issue is not related at all to MFA.

I am not using MFA (never was), and there are no issues with the actual user authentication part.
