We want to switch our CAS server to OKTA or PING. So, we are now studying which of them can answer our authentication and users management needs. To do the best choice we need your response about these following questions:
There is a OKTA SCIM server that we can call it from our API to provision users from our database?
If the answer is yes, how I can find it from my OKTA dev environment?
Can OKTA server federate authentication to CAS server?
