Hi all, I have a paid version of Okta (One of the Developer Editions) and the edit
button is disabled when attempting to customize an email. Is this expected? If so does anyone know what version I need to have in order to send custom emails for user activation, reset password etc…?
I had same issue and the it got fixed with support help, I’d suggest you reach out to support, they should be pretty quick to respond since you have a paid account.
