User activation email api

In our developer account, we are unable to edit the user activation email as it is a paid service. Is there another way to edit the user activation email since we are working on a POC?

Please help us with this.

No, you are not allowed to modify email templates in Developer Free orgs and we are not able to enable this for you.

Should be, but you can always reach out to support via the Help Center to get it enabled for a paid org if it hasn’t been enabled already.

As I mentioned, non-paid Developer Edition orgs are not permitted to customize email templates. I cannot enable this feature for you on your Developer Tenant. If you have a paid org that does not have this ability available, reach out to Support via out Help Center for assistance.

@andrea - If the organization has a paid license for Okta, the activation email template can be edited, and the email content, including the “activationLink”, can be customized. Please confirm.

Like I said, yes, this should be possible. If you do not see the option in a paid org, you will need to reach out to Support via the Help Center
